Founder and Board Member
Jeff is a former undefeated professional boxer who is now a Governor appointee and vice-chairman overseeing professional boxing and mixed-martial arts in Michigan. Jeff is also CEO of Arrow Strategies, a national contract staffing firm with headquarters in Southfield, Michigan.
Maya is a student at the University of Michigan, majoring in psychology. She is also on the Michigan Boxing Team, won the USIBA Lightweight National Championship in 2018 and serves as team President. Boxing has always played a huge role in Maya's life. Her great uncle and boxing hall of famer, Rafael Mendoza, and her grandfather were huge influences. Once she was able to walk, she was in the ring. Upon graduation, Maya will pursue a career in sports psychology.
Beth is the principal owner of B2 Solutions, a real estate capital advisor and diverse structuring expert. She has highly transferable experience in private equity real estate transactions, bridge lending, and mezzanine loan projects. Beth thrives on delivering creative insightful solutions to complex projects. Throughout her career, Beth has been recognized for her ability to bridge the technical world of private equity real estate with the customer facing world of sales and marketing.
John is the Chairman of Clark Hill law firm and is known for his work on multi-million dollar corporate mergers and acquisitions. He's an expert at forming joint ventures and strategic alliances. John holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame and the University of Michigan.
Scott is the founder and CEO of SJS Investment Services, based in Sylvania, Ohio. With more than $3 billion in assets under management, and using their signature MarketPlus Investing, Scott and his team serve individual and institutional clients in nearly 30 states. Actively involved in the community and among Scott's many leadership posts, he serves as Commissioner of the Toledo MetroParks.
Sandy is Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of Chemical Bank. She is a candid and passionate leader creates strong cultures of creativity, diversity and innovation in the workplace. She was named one of Crain Publishing's Notable Women of 2019 for her leadership within the profession of human resources and the banking industry.
Rob is a family office operations and leadership, institutional asset management, and venture capital veteran. He currently is Managing Director of a NYC family office focused on direct investment and philanthropic activity handling operations efficiency and strategic planning. He is also the co-founder of Ad Infinitum, and diagQ and the
President of The Fallen and Wounded Soldier Fund. He is a graduate of Wayne State University.
